Development plan of the city of Konz, sub-area "Camping area Konz"
Announcement of the installation resolution in accordance with Section 2 of the Building Code and the early participation of the public in accordance with Section 3, Paragraph 1 of the Building Code
In the meeting of the city council on November 15th, 2022, the city of Konz decided on the preparation according to § 2 BauGB and the early participation of the public according to § 3 Abs. 1 BauGB for the development plan "Camping area Konz".
The existing campsite with its buildings is to be supplemented by an extension to the residential building. The project developer is planning a two-storey extension in which offices, a garage and two holiday apartments are to be accommodated. There is currently no development plan in the area of the campsite. The aim of the new development plan is to secure the existing campsite under planning law and to secure the urban planning order for the additional structures.
The development plan is carried out in a regular urban development plan process with a 2-stage public and owner participation. In the further process, an environmental report is created.
The early participation of the public for the development plan takes place in the period from
05/12/2022 to 13/01/2023
in the form of a display at the Konz municipal administration. The interested public has the opportunity to comment on the intended planning and to make suggestions. In parallel with the public participation, the authorities and other public bodies are involved in accordance with Section 4, Paragraph 1 of the Building Code.
The draft of the “Campingplatzgebiet Konz” development plan is available for everyone to see in the head office of the town hall of the Konz association administration, Am Markt 11, 54329 Konz, administration building I. The general office hours are: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Appointments can also be made by telephone, contact Ms. Reichert 83-180 or, in the event of a replacement, Mr. Queins 83-181.

Statements can be submitted in writing or for the record during the period. Statements that are not submitted in a timely manner may be disregarded when the decision is made on the development plan.
