Development plan of the local community of Wiltingen No. 12 “Historic Town Center” sub-area - initiation of public participation in accordance with Section 3(2) BauGB (disclosure)

The local community of Wiltingen would like to plan all previously unplanned areas in accordance with Section 34 of the BauGB with a simple development plan in order to be able to make minimum design specifications and at the same time create sufficient scope for further structural development. The entire historical building structure was recorded in a survey, and determinations were discussed in a working group and committees. After a preliminary draft was drawn up, the first stage of participation was carried out at the end of 2022. This was discussed on April 24, 2023 and it was decided to initiate formal participation in accordance with Sections 3 (2) and 4 (2) of the BauGB. The development plan is drawn up in the standard procedure. The definition of the area of application covers approximately 22 hectares and thus a large part of the existing location of Wiltingen. It can be found in the attached plan.

Public participation will take place from

October 9th to November 10th, 2023.

The documents consist of 1. plan document, 2. justification, 3. text stipulations and appendices and are available for inspection at VG Konz in room 76 during general working hours. These are Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. You can also make appointments outside of these times by calling Mr. Queins / Ms. Reichert at 83-181 / 180. Citizens have the opportunity to submit suggestions in writing or on record. In the first stage of participation, statements were also made and will be interpreted. There is no environmental information in the process because the simple development plan only makes design regulations.

According to Section 4a (6) of the BauGB, it is pointed out that statements that are not submitted in a timely manner may not be taken into account when making a decision on the development plan.
