Registration information

    You can obtain information from the population register against cash payment of the administration fee directly in the citizens' office of the Konz municipal administration - administration building II.

    at written requests A crossed check for the amount of the administration fee must be enclosed or a bank transfer must be made in advance.

    Simple registration information:

    You can get information from the population register about

    • first and last names
    • PhD degree and
    • address

    received by certain individuals.

    Please note:
    Due to the new Federal Registration Act, every request from the register of residents must state whether the information will be used for commercial purposes or not.
    If the information is required for a commercial purpose (e.g. receivables management, address determination and forwarding to a person to be named, storage and use for address comparison for third parties, updating your own inventory data), this must be named.

    In addition, a declaration must be submitted that the data will NOT be used for the purpose of address trading or direct advertising.

    Extended population register information:

    If a legal or legitimate interest can be substantiated, an extended population register information about additional data, e.g.:

    • day and place of birth
    • previous adresses
    • Day of moving in and out
    • First and last name as well as address of the spouse, etc.

    be granted.

    These requests can only in writing be made, since the legitimate interest must be proven.

  • What documents are required?

    Information about the requesting person from which the person can be identified beyond doubt.
    At least three search characteristics should be specified:

    • family name
    • First name
    • birth date
    • or last known address
  • legal basis
