"Historical town center" - local community Wiltingen
Preparation of the development plan of the local community of Wiltingen No. 12 sub-area "Historical town centre" in accordance with Section 2 (1) of the Building Code and initiation of early public participation in accordance with Section 3 (1) of the Building Code
The local community of Wiltingen would like to plan all previously unplanned areas according to § 34 BauGB with a simple development plan in order to be able to make minimum design specifications and at the same time create sufficient scope for structural development. The entire historical building fabric was recorded in a survey, and determinations were discussed in a working group and the committees. The local council approved the preliminary draft on July 7th, 2022 and decided to initiate the procedure according to § 3 (1) and § 4 (1) BauGB. The preparation of the development plan takes place in the standard procedure. The delimitation of the area of application covers approx. 22 ha and thus a large part of the existing location of Wiltingen. It can be found in the attached plan. The municipality hereby formally announces the installation resolution.
The early participation of the public takes place in the period from October 10 to October 28, 2022. The documents consist of a planning document, justification, text determinations and attachments and are available for inspection at the VG Konz in the entrance area of the town hall during general office hours. These are Monday to Thursday 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Friday 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. You can also make appointments outside of these hours with Mr. Queins by calling 83-181.
