whiskey and murder

An old Scottish proverb says: "One whiskey is fine, two is too much, three is not enough". And so there are five in total that the participants can taste at the Scottish-Irish whiskey tasting in the city library in Konz.

Andreas Sittmann takes the guests on a journey through the far north of the British Isles. With often funny but also serious statements, the participants, with the palate on the tasting glass, visit a total of five distilleries in Scotland and Ireland and learn new and informative things about the spirits obtained by distillation from grain mash and matured in wooden barrels.

In between, curious short crime stories are read out loud, in which of course whiskey plays an important role. Isabell Krohn on the violin and Andreas Sittmann on the guitar will entertain the audience with well-known folk songs and encourage one or the other to sing and clap along.
