Request a change of address on the eID card

Please pay particular attention to our information under:

    If your address changes, you must also have your address changed on your eID card.

    If you have a main residence, you must go to the registration authority responsible for you at the place of your main residence to change the address on your eID card.

    If you do not have a main residence, you can go to the relevant registration office in the place where you currently live to change your address.

    Your address will only be changed on the chip of your eID card because there is no address printed on the card itself.
