Clarification and supplementary statutes of the local municipality of Tawern for the "Kirchweg" sub-area, announcement of the preparation of a development plan and public participation in accordance with § 3 (2) - public display

A private project developer approached the local community of Tawern to include an area adjacent to the church, currently on the outside, in the inside area. The area is approx. 1,800 square meters and is surrounded by buildings on three sides. The intention is to be able to build garages, parking spaces and ancillary facilities here and to enable access. On March 3rd, 2022, the local council decided to draw up a corresponding statute according to § 34 BauGB. The documents were prepared and coordinated, the local council approved the current planning on March 29th, 2023 and decided to carry out the disclosure according to § 3 (2) BauGB. during general office hours in the Konz municipal administration, Am Markt 11, 54329 Konz, administration building II, 1st floor, room 76 / in the corridor. Citizens have the opportunity to find out about the intended planning and to comment on it. Suggestions can be made in writing or for the record. According to § 4a (6) BauGB, it is pointed out that comments that are not submitted in due time can be disregarded when the resolution is passed on the statutes. Participation according to § 4 (2) BauGB was transferred to the project developer and is being carried out in parallel.
