Development plan “Metzenberg” Tawern
Bekanntmachung des Aufstellungsbeschlusses und der frühzeitigen Beteiligung der Öffentlichkeit gemäß § 3 Abs. 1 BauGB
The Tawern local council resolved to prepare the development plan "Metzenberg" at its meeting on June 23, 2026. The aim of the plan is to designate a special area for "open-space photovoltaic systems" in order to create the planning law prerequisites for the construction of an open-space photovoltaic system in the Metzenberg area. The preparation of the development plan is taking place concurrently with the amendment of the land use plan in accordance with Section 8 Paragraph 3 of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB).
The resolution to prepare the development plan is hereby publicly announced in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB). At the same time, the local council has resolved to conduct the early public participation process in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 1 of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB) and the early participation of authorities and other public bodies in accordance with Section 4 Paragraph 1 of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB).

The documents are available for public inspection at the VGV Konz office in the foyer of the town hall (Am Markt 11) during regular office hours. These are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Questions regarding the content can be directed to the building authority at +49 6501 83-3100.
