Enactment of the statute of the local community of Pellingen on the collection of recurring contributions pursuant to Section 10a of the Rhineland-Palatinate Municipal Tax Act for the expansion of traffic facilities in the local community of Pellingen (expansion contribution statute for the collection of recurring contributions - ABS wkb) and enactment of the statute on the exemption of traffic facilities pursuant to Section 14 of the statute for the collection of recurring contributions for the expansion of traffic facilities in the local community of Pellingen
