“Crime & Whiskey” with Andreas Sittmann

Experience an evening full of excitement, enjoyment and humor – perfectly combined with fine single malt whisky! Friday, November 21, 2025 , the city and city library of Konz once again invite you to a special event that will delight crime fiction and whisky lovers alike: “Crime & Whisky” – a reading of a special kind.

What do a good Scottish whisky, a corpse, a murderer, and detectives groping in the dark have in common? They are the ingredients for a captivating and unforgettable evening! Andreas Sittmann, a self-proclaimed whisky connoisseur, musician, and crime fiction enthusiast, will guide guests into the world of short crime stories, each featuring an exclusive single malt whisky.

A whiskey will be served with each of the five stories – and of course, participants will also enjoy it during the reading. Look forward to exciting crime plots, witty "crime and drinking songs," and an atmosphere with plenty of humor.

Whether with or without whisky – everyone is cordially invited to enjoy this special combination of literature, music and fine wines.
