Sidewalks in Konz-Krettnach are being expanded
Mayor Weber is pleased with the approval notice
The city of Konz receives around 213,000 euros in funding for the expansion of the sidewalks on the main street in Konz-Krettnach. This was announced by Transport Minister Daniela Schmitt. The approval notice will be sent in the next few days.
Joachim Weber, Mayor of the city and municipality of Konz, was delighted. "This measure will enhance the townscape and increase traffic safety."
In Konz-Krettnach, however, not only the sidewalks along the through road are being renewed. State road 138 is also being renovated and traffic calming measures are being built.
The construction measures in Krettnach are being carried out in cooperation with the Landesbetrieb Mobility (LBM). There is no exact date for the start of the work.
