An offering for seniors aged 75 and older. NeuroKinetik® is a holistic memory training program designed to maintain mental and motor performance into old age. NeuroKinetik® exercise units not only provide variety but also improve physical cognitive abilities, for example, in terms of mental flexibility and fall prevention.

Experience community: Meet like-minded people and enjoy shared activities that appeal to both body and mind!

A cordial invitation to “Reading with Tea”

"What is rustling, what is trickling, what is running so fast? What is flashing in the sun? What is shimmering so brightly? And as I asked, the stream murmured: Spring, spring, spring is awake!"

Senior citizens are cordially invited to the reading session with the community nurse ^plus The program includes reading aloud, storytelling, and social gatherings with stories and poems compiled from current reading material. In the subsequent discussion, your personal experiences, knowledge, and opinions are expressly requested and greatly valued. Reading is a beneficial activity; it promotes health and well-being, while also increasing brain activity and making us more alert. Reading aloud can also have significant impact: It awakens memories of one's own life story, stimulates active vocabulary, and promotes understanding and tolerance through stimulating conversation.
