New telephone numbers for the municipal administration

The municipal administration is switching its telephone system at the turn of the year. This is intended to ensure better accessibility to the administration for citizens: If your contact person is not currently available, your call will be automatically forwarded to a representative or other employee in the same department.

The technical switchover will take place on December 30, 2025. Therefore, on that day, the administration will exceptionally only be reachable by email. Only the main office can be reached by phone – as usual at 06501 83 0.

This phone number is the only one that will remain the same. Departments and employees will be reachable via four-digit extensions instead of the previous three-digit ones. The new numbers will be available on the website after the switch to the new phone system. www.konz.de .

From January 2nd, 2026, the Konz municipal administration will be available again and will take care of your concerns.
