Könen campsite

Early public participation in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 1 of the Building Code

The City of Konz, in its meeting of February 10, 2026, concluded the early public participation process pursuant to Section 3 Paragraph 1 of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB) for the draft development plan "Campingplatz Könen" (Könen Campsite). In its meeting of November 25, 2025, the City Council had resolved to prepare a development plan pursuant to Section 2 Paragraph 1 of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB) for the sub-area "Campingplatz Könen".

The central content and objective of the draft development plan is to secure the existing campsite under planning law and to ensure urban planning regulations for the supplementary buildings. Early public participation in the development plan process will take place from [date/timeframe].

March 3 to April 2, 2026

at the municipal administration of Konz.

The documents are available in the foyer of the town hall (Am Markt 11) is open for inspection during regular office hours.
