Konz-Könen, sub-area “Am Bach”
Announcement of the publication on the internet and the public display in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 2 of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB).
The council of the city of Konz approved the draft development plan for the inner development “Am Bach” at its meeting on 18.8.2026 and decided to carry out the publication on the internet as well as the public display in accordance with § 3 para. 2 BauGB.
Der Aufstellungsbeschluss für den Bebauungsplan der Innenentwicklung „Am Bach“ wurde bereits am 30.11.2010 gefasst. The planning area is located south of Valentinstraße and east of Könener Straße (formerly Federal Highway 51) in the Könen district. The area of application has not changed since the initial resolution to prepare the plan and, following a recent resurvey, comprises parcel 712/6, cadastral district 3, Könen. The plan continues to pursue the urban development objectives established in the 2010 resolution to prepare the plan. After several revisions to the draft plan and extensive coordination with the relevant authorities, the documents are now available for publication in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 2 of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB) and for the participation of public bodies in accordance with Section 4 Paragraph 2 of the BauGB.
Der Bebauungsplan wird als Bebauungsplan der Innenentwicklung gemäß § 13a BauGB aufgestellt. In accordance with legal provisions, an environmental assessment pursuant to Section 2 Paragraph 4 of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB) and the preparation of an environmental report are waived.

September 14 to October 16, 2026
The meeting will take place at the Konz municipal administration. The documents are available there. in the foyer of the town hall (Am Markt 11) is open for inspection during regular office hours. These are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Content-related questions can be directed to 06501-83-3100 The application must be submitted to the building authority.
