.. . within the framework of a spatial compatibility assessment pursuant to Section 15 of the Spatial Planning Act (ROG) in conjunction with Section 17 of the State Planning Act (LPlG) - 2. Connection for the Roscheid area in the town of Konz (Verbandsgemeinde Konz, Landkreis Trier-Saarburg)
The Trier-Saarburg district administration – the lower state planning authority – has initiated a spatial compatibility assessment pursuant to Section 15 of the Spatial Planning Act (ROG) in conjunction with Section 17 of the State Planning Act (LPlG) at the request of the city of Konz, regarding the connection of the Roscheid area within the city of Konz via a second road route. The plan is to connect the Roscheid area, with approximately 3,500 inhabitants, to the regional road network via this second route.
The first step is to examine the compatibility of the potential route with spatial planning requirements. For public participation purposes (§ 15 para. 3 ROG in conjunction with § 17 para. 7 LPlG), the documents underlying the spatial compatibility assessment will be published.
Comments on the planning can be until 21.09.2026 submitted to the municipal administration of Konz or in electronic form to participation@konz.de The comments made by the public will be taken into account in the deliberations, and the result of the spatial planning procedure will be announced locally in the usual manner.
