Participate in the preparation of a development plan

For example, a development plan specifies the following in text for a building area:

• how the properties may be used,
• what type of construction the buildings must have
• what building height the buildings are allowed to have.

Furthermore, the development plan includes, for example:

• Plan drawing consisting of various plans and maps showing the exact spatial division of the area,
• Justifications including, for example, details of the decisions and considerations as well as
• Environmental report with an assessment of the impact of the development plan on the environment.

As a citizen or business, you have the right to...

• the creation or amendment of a development plan or
• to participate in a development plan.

Your participation allows you to contribute to the planning.

As an authority or other body representing public interests, you will be asked by the responsible authority or the procedural body to participate and submit your statement when it is determined that you are affected.
