Rhythm, movement and theatre: Eva Krause in Konz

The city of Konz invites you to the weekend of October 17th and 18th, 2026 We invite you to two special events with the artist Eva Krause in the Konzer-Doktor-Bürgersaal. With her performance "interr_options" and the workshop "Moving Rhythms", she combines body percussion, dance and theater into a creative experience for people of all ages.

“interr_options”: A rhythmic game without words

On Friday, October 17th, at 7 pm Eva Krause presents her solo piece “interr_options”. The performance exists at the intersection of body percussion, dance, and physical theatre. Movement becomes audible, sound becomes visible.

A headstrong character discovers the most banal and wildest sonic hues. With subtle mischief, the audience is invited to breathe deeply and explore the possibilities that arise from interrupting the established flow. The crucial thing is to resonate, to resonate beyond the stage. Each time, new things happen that can influence the course of events.

Interr_options is part of the Moving Rhythms project, in which Eva Krause works at the intersection of body percussion, dance, and theater. Movement becomes audible, sound becomes visible. Through the possibilities of physical theater, poetry and comedy then readily emerge.

The performance lasts approximately 40 minutes and is suitable for all age groups.

Workshop “Moving Rhythms”: Experiencing music with your own body

On Saturday, October 18, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Eva Krause invites you to the free workshop "Moving Rhythms". Participants will experience how music can be created with their own bodies.

They learn to embody rhythms and play in harmony or in canon. They work on coordination, relaxation, and expression, and practice relaxing in the face of challenge and getting involved in the game together.
