Digital knowledge for seniors: Easily handle doctor's appointments and official procedures online

To support older people in using digital services, a project is being developed. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, An information event will take place at the Konz care support center (Karthäuserstraße 157). The presentation will be given by the community nurse. ^plus organized in cooperation with the "Digital Angel" project.

Would you like to conveniently book a doctor's appointment from home or participate in a video consultation? Or do you need support with online appointment scheduling, for example, with the Medical Service or a government agency? In our event, we will show you clearly and step-by-step how to schedule digital appointments securely and easily. You will learn which websites and apps are suitable, what advantages and disadvantages the various options offer, and what you should pay attention to. Furthermore, we will explain how a video consultation with a doctor works, what technical requirements you need, and how to best prepare for it.

The Digital Angels project is specifically aimed at older online and offline users who want to deepen their digital knowledge. The program is free of charge.
