Applications for #moselhelden 2026 are possible until July 31st.

The application phase for the #moselhelden 2026 competition – Where Ideas Grow – is entering its final stage. Innovative projects, creative concepts, and dedicated individuals from the Moselle region can be submitted until July 31, 2026.

The regional initiative "Fascination Moselle" is launching a competition to find individuals, companies, associations, municipalities, initiatives, and start-ups whose ideas will contribute to the future of the Moselle region. The focus is on projects that have already been implemented, are currently being implemented, or can be realized in the short term.

We are seeking submissions from a wide range of fields – such as business, tourism, viticulture, culture, society, volunteering, education, or start-ups. Crucially, the projects must provide new impetus, strengthen the region, and demonstrate how ideas can translate into concrete results.

The application process is intentionally simple and can be completed online in just a few minutes. This is intended to make it easier for as many participants as possible to showcase their projects and take part in the competition.

The four winners will each receive prize money of €1,000, professional film clips, and significant media coverage. The awards ceremony will take place during the 17th Mosel Congress on October 28, 2026, at the Kapuzinerkloster Cultural Center in Cochem.
