New bookcase in front of the Konz city library
The Konz city library now has its own public bookcase: Directly in front of the entrance to administration building II on the market square, a red cabinet with an integrated bench invites passersby to linger. The bookcase is available to all citizens free of charge, 24/7.

The Konz city library regularly stocks the bookcase with new reading material. Anyone passing by can easily browse, discover interesting books, and even take a look inside – comfortably seated on the integrated bench. And if a title catches their eye, they are welcome to take it home. Those who have well-preserved books at home are also welcome to donate them to the bookcase and place them directly inside.
Please note that this is not a return box for borrowed library materials. The official return box is located as usual right next to the entrance door.
The bookcase was made possible by a donation from the Karl Schultheis Foundation.
