Reading competition in the Konz city library

At the beginning of the week there was a lot going on in the Konz city library. The district decision of the reading competition took place there: the ten school winners from the Trier-Saarburg district competed against each other. The sixth graders recited both a well-known and an unknown text to the jury.

The winner was Benjamin Lellig from Saarburg. He will next compete in the district decision. Of course, Mayor Joachim Weber also presented the other participating children with a book prize plus a certificate and thanked the jury and the city library team for carrying out the district decision.
