From mid-September 2023, authorized sales employees will be in Konz on behalf of Deutsche Telekom, visiting citizens and providing advice if requested - such as on modern fiber optic connections. The professionally trained customer advisors can be recognized by their Deutsche Telekom outfit and identify themselves accordingly with a photo ID and an authorization letter.
