Apply for a certificate of completion according to the Condominium Act

The certificate of completion confirms that apartments or other spaces are self-contained within the meaning of the Condominium Act. It is required, along with the division plan, for the registration of ownership shares in the land register.
What documents are required?
Construction drawing (floor plans, sections, views) in at least two copies (at least on a scale of 1:100), which makes it clear in particular how common and separate property is related to one another and separated from one another, and that the apartments or other rooms are self-contained . All individual rooms belonging to the same residential property etc. must be provided with the same number in the construction drawing.
What fees apply?
Per separate property, permanent right of residence or permanent right of use: 15 to 150 euros.
