    The Meeting Services team is responsible for preparing the meeting calendar, maintaining the council and information system, billing meeting fees and expense allowances, and distributing meeting documents.

    Our council information system provides you with all public information and documents from the city's committees. Here you will find invitations, meeting schedules, and minutes of public council and committee meetings. Another section of the council information system provides an overview of all elected representatives (council members and knowledgeable citizens) on the council and its committees. The meeting calendar provides an overview of all upcoming meetings.

    In addition to public access, public and non-public documents are available to council members via a password-protected access as an information platform.
