Apply for a parking permit for severely disabled people
service description
People with severe disabilities can apply for a parking permit under certain conditions. This permit allows them to park in places where parking is not normally allowed.
Eligible individuals can also use the parking privileges if they are a passenger. A separate driver's license is not required.
The parking permit together with the written exemption authorization serves as proof.

Both parking permits entitle the holder to park in the following locations:

- under certain conditions in traffic-calmed areas
- in residents' parking spaces for up to 3 hours
- during loading time in pedestrian zones where loading and unloading is permitted for certain times
