Order system inspection by experts
service description
The responsible monitoring authority can order measurements of emissions and immissions as well as safety inspections for the operators of the systems as part of the monitoring of systems that do or do not require a permit in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act. The measurements or safety tests are to be carried out by bodies or experts who have proven their competence and who have been notified (notified) in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act.
The requirements for the notification of experts according to the Federal Immission Control Act are regulated in the notification ordinance (41st BImSchV).

What documents are required?
The nationwide application for notification of the Federal Immission Control Act with the required evidence is required.
What fees apply?
For corresponding orders, fees are charged according to the respective fee regulations in the field of immission control of the federal states.
In Rhineland-Palatinate, a flat fee of €250 to €4,000 applies for the announcement, depending on the scope of the announcement (fields of activity).
If proof of competence is not provided by accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 including the “Immission Control Module”, but by an inspection by the notifying authority, additional costs will be incurred, which will be calculated according to the time spent.legal basis

Remarks
Due to the entry into force of the Ordinance (765/2008) on the provisions for accreditation and market surveillance of September 2nd, 2008 and the Accreditation Body Act (AkkstelleG) of August 8th, 2009, there will be significant changes in the accreditation and the disclosure procedures arise.
