The regulations of the state building regulations also apply to the removal of systems, including structural systems.
A demolition permit is not usually required. Irrespective of this, the building owner must check the stability of neighboring buildings if they are built next to one another or if the subsoil gives reason to do so.

If an approval, permit or consent is required for the disposal of the system according to other regulations, this must be in place before the disposal begins. This depends on the individual case, e.g. B. according to monument protection, nature conservation or waste legislation.
