Building management is a part of facility management that deals with the management of existing buildings and technical systems. At VG Konz, this is divided into the technical area (Ms. Saleh, Ms. Müller and Mr. Schmitt) and the administrative area (Ms. Habschied-Safavi, Ms. Musti).
The technical building management deals with keeping the buildings and systems functional. The tasks of technical building management include operational management, conversion and renovation.
The administration area deals with property accounting as well as cost and contract management.
