The installation of slot machines and slot machines with a chance to win requires permission ( § 33c paragraph 1 GewO ) .

It must be ensured that no children or young people run unauthorized competitions (with the possibility of winning). For this purpose, the innkeeper or a person commissioned by him must be able to see the machine from the bar. (Confirmation of location or suitability)

Installation is only possible in restaurants and amusement arcades.
