The trade register is a list kept by the municipal administrations of the traders registered in the municipality who have their registered office in the respective municipality.
Public bodies, companies and private individuals can request information about the business registration data collected. The consent of the person concerned for the disclosure of his or her data is not required.
Business registration data:
- The name of the trader, the business address and the reported activity (basic data) can be made publicly accessible.- To obtain further information about business registration data, you must prove a legal interest - for example, to assert legal claims or to grant loans to the business owner.
