Standard land values serve to ensure transparency on the real estate market. As average location values of the land, they apply to a large number of plots of land for which the conditions of use and value are essentially the same. They are determined on January 1st of each even calendar year in relation to the square meter of property.
What fees apply?
The state ordinance on the fees of the surveying and cadastral authorities and the expert committees (special fee schedule) is decisive. For printed excerpts from the land value cards, fees of 22.00 to 94.00 euros are charged depending on the format.
