New tenant sought for the Konzer “Ratskeller”

The municipality of Konz has launched a public expression of interest process for the future use of the "Ratskeller" restaurant. The aim is to find a suitable operator for this traditional, centrally located establishment in Konz.

The "Ratskeller" was an integral part of the city's public life for many years. The previous lease expired in May 2025. The new lease aims to ensure the location is once again used permanently for a restaurant and simultaneously revitalize the city center. Renovation work is planned for the premises, particularly in the kitchen equipment.
