The system supports various procedures, including:
- Simplified building permit procedure according to § 66 LBauO (e.g. for residential buildings, outbuildings, mobile stables)
- Complete building permit procedure according to § 61 LBauO
- Extension of a previously granted building permit
- Exemption procedure according to § 67 LBauO (under certain conditions)
- Preliminary building permit application – when clarity regarding admissibility is desired before submitting an application.
- Extension of a preliminary building permit
- Partial building permit – to allow construction phases to begin even before full approval.
- Extension of a partial building permit
Important information regarding the file format: Submit building documents correctly as PDF/A!
The state regulation on building documents and structural engineering inspection ( Building Inspection Ordinance ) prescribes the following file formats and specifications for digital building applications:
- Every application, every notification, and every construction document must be considered separate file be submitted.
- The files must be in an archive-compatible format. PDF/A are available.
- Embedded file attachments within a PDF file are not allowed.
