the preparation of the development plan for the municipality of Wiltingen No. 14 sub-area “Boenert”
pursuant to Section 2 (1) of the German Building Code in conjunction with Section 13 a of the German Building Code and initiation of early public participation pursuant to Section 3 (1) of the German Building Code
On April 24, 2023, the municipality of Wiltingen passed a resolution to establish the "Boenert" development plan and implement an area of the 2004 land use plan. The area lies between the community center and the "Hinter den Gärten, Fischpühl, Im Graweltswingert" development area (Pfarrer-Henn-Weg). The development area is intended to meet the demand for building land. Eleven building plots with single-family and semi-detached houses are planned, each with a total area of approximately 7,800 square meters. The procedure is being conducted as an internal development plan according to Section 13a of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB). An environmental assessment, an environmental report, and a summary declaration can be waived. Since the resolution to establish the plan, the planning has been further refined, and a soil report and a site and elevation plan have been prepared. A preliminary assessment under species protection law has been completed. A land readjustment is to be carried out by the Surveying and Cadastre Office. The current planning was May 19, 2025 agreed in principle and decided on early participation.

Suggestions can be submitted at the information session and subsequently in writing to the administration up to two weeks after the deadline. The further process is expected to be open again in 2026, once all documents have been submitted.
