City Council Conc
The Konz City Council is the assembly of the elected representatives of the city of Konz. It is elected according to the same principles as other municipal councils in these federal states. A total of 32 volunteer members, as well as the mayor of Konz, are members of the Konz City Council.
The city council has several committees, each with 13 members, each with a deputy.
In addition to the Main and Finance Committee, the City Council forms the following additional committees:
- Committee for Construction, Urban Development and Environmental Protection
- Audit Committee
- Cultural Committee
- School Board
- Committee on Generations, Sports and Social Affairs
- Committee for the organisation of the local and wine festival
- Committee on Road Construction.
