Premiere for the “Konzer Weinstand on Tour”
Enjoy exclusive wines from the Saar and Upper Moselle at changing locations - the “Konzer Weinstand on Tour” makes it possible and is ready for its first appearances!
The city of Konz acquired the used beverage cart last year and "pimped it up" in the following months. The city's public works department equipped it with, among other things, a new interior and modern electrical appliances. And, of course, the exterior of the vehicle was also attractively designed. Now the "Konz Wine Stand on Tour" can hit the road, inviting people to enjoy a cozy get-together and linger.

It will premiere at the "Konzer Weingenuss 2025" event this Friday, June 27, 2025, at the Roscheider Hof Open-Air Museum (tickets available at the box office). Afterward, the Konzer Trade and Service Association will take over the organization and operation.
The first event at the Konzer Saarterrassen, to which everyone is cordially invited, will take place on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Fancy enjoying a sundowner after work? Come along and be surprised! The "Konzer Wine Stand on Tour" will be open that day from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.! And the following Saturday and Sunday will feature a weekend vibe with local wines: On July 12, 2025, the wine stand will be available at the Saarterrassen with chilled drinks from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on July 13, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
At a later date, it is planned to use the “Konzer Weinstand on Tour” outside the Saarterrassen, e.g. at events on the market square.
Different wineries from the Konz municipality take turns serving the wine. Where and when each winemaker will be present with their wine cart is regularly announced on the Konz municipality website, www.konz.de, as well as on their Facebook and Instagram channels.
