Project-related development plans

the project-related development plan is a special form of the development plan according to §12 BauGB. This applies when a project that has already been precisely outlined is to be implemented by a project developer. The project and development plan is coordinated between the project developer and the municipality on the basis of the building code.

The project and development plan becomes part of the project-related development plan (VBP). The implementation of the project is agreed in an urban development contract (implementation contract), with which the project developer undertakes to carry out the planned projects and development measures within a certain period of time and to assume all or part of the planning and development costs. The contract must be available at the latest by the time the articles of association are passed.
