Development plan "Berendsborn" - early public participation

Development plan "Berendsborn"

Announcement of early public participation in accordance with Section 3 (1) of the Building Code

In the meeting of the city council on May 15, 2018, the city of Konz decided to draw up the "Berendsborn" development plan in accordance with Section 2, Paragraph 1 of the Building Code. The aim of the development plan is the over-planning of the existing "Berendsborn" area. For this purpose, a new development plan is to be drawn up, which will bring the interests of the previously valid planning into line with the actually existing conditions. The individual existing development plans are combined in this course, so that a uniform basis is available for the assessment of the concerns and other possible measures in the area. The existing development plans will become ineffective when the new plan comes into force.

The early public participation for the development plan takes place in the period from

03/14/2022 to 04/14/2022

in the form of a display at the municipal administration. The interested public has the opportunity to comment on the planned plans and to make suggestions. By submitting your statement, you consent to the storage of your personal data.

The draft of the "Berendsborn" development plan is available for everyone to see in the head office of the town hall of the Konz municipal administration, Am Markt 11, 54329 Konz, administration building I.
