Municipality of Pellingen, "extension of the day-care center"

Preparation of a development plan for the local community of Pellingen, sub-area “extension of the day-care center” - implementation of public participation in accordance with § 3 (2) BauGB

The local community of Pellingen would like to expand its “Antoniuszwerge” day-care center because the available facilities are full and there is a need for more. So far, about 3 more daycare groups and adjoining rooms as well as ancillary facilities are being planned. This requires the creation of planning rights. At the meeting of the local council on November 5th, 2019, the local community of Pellingen decided to draw up a development plan for the "extension of the day-care center" and then announced it. In December 2019, the early participation of the public and the participation of the authorities was carried out. The local council approved the updated draft plan on March 3rd, 2022 and decided to now disclose the documents. This is hereby made public. The exact demarcation can be seen in the attached plan. Parcels 27/16, 52/6 (partly) and 27/13 in corridor 15 and 155/1 and 7 in corridor 20 are affected
